Desire

A friends to lovers, he falls first, slow burn romance about a handsome bartender who’s obsessed with the beautiful out-of-towner.

Mason Gallo is the hunky owner and bartender at the Hook & Hustle on Chicago’s Southside. The women want him, and the men want to be him. He’s been a perpetual bachelor, loving life on the wild side. But when he meets Lizzy, a woman who lives hundreds of miles away, everything changes. The man who’s used to be wanted, is the one who’s left yearning.

Lizzy Evans is used to her simple small-town life, but since her brother moved to Chicago, she spends way too much time there. She’s quickly falling in love with the big city and a handsome bartender. But won’t let herself go there. She’s not willing to go down a path that’ll lead to heartbreak…and he would rip it in two.

But Mason Gallo’s used to get what he wants, and he only has eyes for Lizzy. He’ll stop at nothing to make her his, including offering her forever.
